Finding confidence in one's self and their judgement is an essential part of being a healthy individual; however, it can also help to have people to remind one of what has been and can be achieved (not just by others, but in one's own life).  This can be especially important if one has a psychological condition, as harmful stigma regarding the judgement, ability to perform in general, work, or be independent, is notable (as is self-stigma).

With such in mind, the following individuals are presented to provide inspiration, as examples of what can be done by those with a psychological condition - and also to show that such individuals are much more numerous, well-known, and capable than most might know or think.

However, Kalamazoo Hope believes that ultimately, an individual should seek to be themself and find who they are, not try to mimic other individuals.
