Relaxation

Hello!  Welcome to Kalamazoo Hope's Relaxation page, the first of several pages in its Peace of Mind section (to see additional pages, please click the Peace of Mind option in the menu above).  Feel free to take some time to rest and relax - if you've come to this page, it's probably something you could use, and even if not, why not a little extra fun today?

This particular page is a general smattering of ways to relax, with resources ranging from places to go in the Kalamazoo County area to online websites and social media platforms to meet up with people on; a little bit of everything.

In addition to what is listed below, self-expression related resources (writing, music, and more) can be found on Kalamazoo Hope's Self-Expression page; KHOPE also has a Leisure and Socializing Booklet on the Booklets and Directory page.

Should one be looking for help during a personal loss, KHOPE offers its condolences and has placed supportive links on the Coping and Recovery page.

Finally, information is available here for health considerations/regulations that may be relevant.

Wishing you health and peace of mind,

Kalamazoo Hope

P.S. Regarding If one has limited access to a computer or the Internet, EveryoneOn is a nonprofit which helps individuals obtain both.

Concerning transportation to various locations, public services are provided through Metro, which operates Kalamazoo County's bus service and its point-to-point shuttle service, Metro Connect; various types of discounts are also available.
